8. Oversees and directs clinic operations and ensures that they are conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the organization.&amp;nbsp; Enforces organizational policies and procedures.&lt;br /&gt;
9. Conducts staffing in such a manner to meet patient demand for all internal and external contractual agreements.&lt;br /&gt;
10. Ensures all patient complaints are addressed.&lt;br /&gt;
11. Fosters and maintains strong communication between management and medical providers.&lt;br /&gt;
12. Develops and implements the necessary organizational performance measures and monitors operational functions as directed.&lt;br /&gt;
13. Promotes effective communication throughout the clinic and organization to assure all relevant operational information and understanding is communicated to all clinic employees.&lt;br /&gt;
14. Analyze and access the structure existing programs and improve efficiency and quality of services.&amp;nbsp; Utilize external resources for analysis and assessment, as needed.&amp;nbsp; Assures operational effectiveness of existing programs.&lt;br /&gt;
15. Ensures quality assurance through the development/implementation of a continuous quality improvement program in coordination with MPM and other appropriate individuals.&lt;/div&gt;

16. Maintains positive community/ongoing relations and serves as a liaison between MPM, clinics, hospitals, and the community.&lt;br /&gt;

18. Represents the clinic and MPM to the community at large.&amp;nbsp; Assists in educating the community on clinic services and healthcare issues.&lt;br /&gt;

QUALIFICATIONS:&lt;br /&gt;
Education:&amp;nbsp; Credentials for a Mid-Level&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage required.&lt;br /&gt;
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; keen organizational skills; skills in public speaking; ability to work independently; knowledge of healthcare terminology and systems; knowledge of established professional healthcare/business concepts, principles, and practices; ability to analyze problems and utilize appropriate resources to solve problems; ability to synthesize complex and diverse information; strong motivational skills; ability to act as a resource to employees regarding employment policies and procedures; displays a pleasant and courteous telephone manner; ability to work under limited supervision; ability to prioritize and execute a variety of tasks simultaneously; ability to work with frequent interruptions;&amp;nbsp; proficient in common computer applications.&lt;br /&gt;
